It was great to get started again on this project. It was an exciting first workshop with Unboxed to scope the desired outcomes for this short Technical alpha; building on the previous Discovery and Alpha phases.
Representatives from the four councils and Unboxed joined remotely using Google Meet and Miro to map out this next phase of this project. You can see from the screen shot it was a hive of activity
As well as desired outcomes we debated the options to explore, discussed stakeholder mapping, assumptions, risks and mitigation, identified themes and all worked together to kick this project off. As good as the remote sessions and tools are, there is no denying it’s not as easy meeting face to face – but with the energy of the team we didn’t let this hold us back.
We left the session with agreed ways of working with all parties keen to get started. Our priority next step is to engage with suppliers – so watch this space for the sprint outcomes and week notes.
